Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Formation Custom Team Kit Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

​

1. Eligibility

​

• This Giveaway is open exclusively to football/futsal teams based in Hong Kong.

• Participants must be residents of Hong Kong and possess a valid Instagram account.

• Employees of Formation, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected to the Giveaway are not eligible to enter.

• New Client Requirement: To qualify, the entering team, club, or ordering representative must be a new client of Formation. Teams or individuals who have previously purchased custom apparel or placed orders with Formation are not eligible to win.

2. Promotional Period

​

• The Giveaway begins on the date of the official announcement post and closes on June 30th, 2026 at 11:59 PM HKT. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

​

3. How to Enter

​

To enter the Giveaway, eligible participants must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

​

1. Like the official Giveaway post.

2. Follow @theformationofficial on Instagram.

3. Tag your football team and two (2) football friends in the comments section of the post.

​

 

Note: Multiple entries are permitted, provided different friends are tagged in each comment.

​

4. The Prize and Product Specifications

​

• There is one (1) grand prize consisting of a custom-designed team kit bundle worth over $8,000 HKD.

​

• The prize bundle strictly includes:

  • 15 x Custom Jerseys

  • 15 x Custom Shorts

  • 15 x Custom Socks

​

• Baseline Specifications: The product quality and configuration will strictly follow the Formation BASE FTproduct layout, which includes:

  • One (1) embroidered team badge.

  • One (1) sponsorship logo.

  • Player name on the back (in either Chinese or English).

  • Player number on the back (maximum of 2 digits).

  • All other design elements, patterns, and colors will be applied using a sublimation printing technique.

• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative products.

​

5. Upgrades and Additional Customization Fees

​

• The BASE FT package is provided free of charge to the winner as the base design.

​

• If the winning team wishes to upgrade the design package, add additional embroidered or printed logos, or include extra customization beyond the standard BASE FT specifications, the winner will be required to pay the standard additional retail fees for those upgrades.

​

• Production on upgraded elements will only begin once the additional fees have been paid in full.

​

6. Design and Intellectual Property Rights

​

• Design Control: Formation reserves the absolute and final right to all creative concepts, graphics, branding placement, color schemes, and final designs of the custom kits within the BASE FT framework.

​

• While team input or existing logos may be considered, Formation holds the final authority over the production-ready design.

​

• By entering, the winning team grants Formation a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use imagery, videos, and representations of the final kit for promotional and marketing purposes.

​

7. Formation’s Right to Cancel or Modify

​

• Formation reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway, or void any entries, at any time without prior notice.

​

• Reasons for cancellation or modification include, but are not limited to: technical failures, fraud, tampering, unauthorized human intervention, or any other causes beyond the control of Formation that corrupt the administration or security of the Giveaway.

​

8. Winner Selection and Notification

​

• The winning team will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

​

• The winner will be announced and contacted via Direct Message (DM) from the official @theformationofficial Instagram account within seven (7) days of the closing date.

​

• If the winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, or fails to provide proof of eligibility as a Hong Kong-based team, Formation reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternative winner.

​

9. Limitation of Liability

​

• Formation accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure of any kind.

​

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
