At Formation, we strive to give you the best service for your team wear needs.
We understand the needs of your team and we will work with you to create a unique product ready for action. Whether you are putting in those shifts at training, lounging pre-game or pushing your limits on the field, Formation can provide the best apparel to aid your performance.
We have two ways to make your shirt, a bespoke design service where we will design a shirt to your requirements or a 'Create your own' step by step method to build your perfect customised shirt.
Our step by step guides below explains both methods on how you can work with us to create your perfect team wear.
Bespoke Design Service
1. PROVIDE YOUR TEAM INFORMATION
To work smoothly, the first step is to give us some key information about your team. Typically we would require the following:
1. Your team badge in digital format
2. Your team colours
3. Your team slogan (if any)
4. Names, Numbers & Sizes for each player/coach
4. Sponsor logos in digital format
2. FORMATION DESIGN TEAM
Once we have received the information our design team will begin developing a unique design catered to your team requirements.
This is where the fun starts, our team will test colour combinations using your team colours, review options for the team badge and sponsor logo placements and in some cases we can create unique patterns to elevate the teamwear.
Timeline: Brief submission to initial design approximately 5 calendar days
3. DIGITAL MOCK UP & SAMPLING
Once we feel that the design is ready, we will send to you either a digital mock up and/or physical sample.
At this stage you will have the physical product, now you can wear it, test it, review the overall design and let us know your feedback.
If you require any adjustments or comments, our team will review them and do what we can to accomodate your needs.
Timeline: Approved design to sample production approximately 10 calendar days
4. FINAL PRODUCT
After the final adjustments are made to the shirts and we have your approval, they are ready for production.
The product will be manufactured to your specific requirements by our suppliers. They will then be shipped to you directly ready for action!
Timeline: From sample approval to production approximately 14 calendar days

If you prefer a simpler design, you can create your own by using our pre defined templates and follow the steps below.

Select your colours (Max 3 clours)

Assign colours to each panel of the shirt
STEP 5
Once you have designed your shirt, we need a couple more things from you:
1. Any logos and team badges that you would like printed onto your shirt
2. Names and numbers on the back of the shirts (if any).
