We offer the following shipping options for orders within Hong Kong:
Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): HKD$20
Free shipping on orders over $800
All orders are processed within 5 business days of receiving the order.

Return & Refund Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@formationofficial.com. You will be provided with a returns authourisation number and instructions on where to send the item(s).
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags attached. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or there has been a mistake with your order.
